  Delays by destination:
  - Due to WEATHER / WIND, departure traffic destined to LGA is currently experiencing delays averaging 31 minutes .
  General Departure Delays:
Ground Stop program is delaying some arriving flights, departing flight schedules may be affected. Check with your airline to determine if your flight is affected.
  General Arrival Delays:
Traffic is experiencing gate hold and taxi delays lasting 15 minutes or less.

Terminal transfer

Is it hard to get from Terminal 3 to the International terminal. Is there a shuttle or do you have to walk. How long does it take?
